The MD Wellness Soulutions Programs - Consultations and Coaching

I. MDWS Consultations (ALL sessions are with Dr. Hall):

• The "inner-view" – 30 minute introductory session ($125 will be deducted from the first session)
• Identify the issues you want addressed
• Consent forms will be sent and must be signed and returned to schedule the first session
• Completion and return of the comprehensive medical history form
• After I receive the history form, we will schedule a video interview to dive into your concerns, consider testing and/or referrals, etc.
• Rate $350 per hour (first hour will be reduced by $125), in 15 minute increments
• Access to a members only library of resources
• Invitation to purchase supplements from My Store (see resources) with a 10% discount

2. MDWS Coaching program (ALL sessions are with Dr. Hall):

• The "inner-view" – 30 minute introductory session ($125 will be deducted from the total)
• Consent forms will be sent and must be signed and returned to schedule the first session
• Completion and return of the comprehensive medical history form
• After I receive the history form, we will schedule the initial session lasting from 1-1/2 to 2 hours
  • Agree on testing to be done
  • After results are in will send a written summary of the results with recommendations which will be reviewed in detail at the next session
• 11 – weekly one-hour sessions via video webcast
• Followed by 2 follow up sessions in 6 and 12 weeks
• Access to a members only library of resources
• Invitation to purchase supplements from My Store and/or Fullscript (see resources) with a 10% discount

Dr. Hall accepts major credit cards as well as Zelle and PayPal.

Full Coaching Program Cost: $6000
